FULL-SERVICE PLANNING + DESIGN

For couples who wish to work with a professional designer and planner to help them navigate the entire planning process on their behalf. Starting with a custom design proposal to your overall design aesthetic for the wedding day. We oversee all vendor management and plan all logistics to ensure a seamless wedding day!

This package can be booked up to 8-12 months in advance of your wedding date (some special accommodations are available). A 50% non-refundable retainer is due with a signed contract. Additional services can booked, fees apply. Final pricing is based on guest count, location, and client’s requirements.

Full Wedding Weekend Planning Experience is also available for 3-day luxury package, inclusive of all events spanning a memorable 3-day-weekend. This package includes all weekend experiences such as the welcome dinner, rehearsal dinner, farewell brunch. Please inquire for availability and pricing.

PARTIAL PLANNING + DESIGN

Planning a wedding can be an exciting, but also an overwhelming experience. Let us help you take some of the stress out of the process with our Partial Wedding Planning package. Our Partial Planning Package is an ideal option for the couple who may have already completed most of their planning but would like some expert guidance and support along the way.

Our partial planning and design, wedding day coordination, styling. A 50% non-refundable retainer is due with a signed contract is required to secure your date.

  • Initial Consultation: We’ll start with a one-on-one consultation to get to know you and your vision for your special day. During this meeting, we’ll discuss your wedding style, preferences, and any plans you’ve already made.
  • Vendor Recommendations: we have a network of trusted wedding vendors, from photographers and caterers to hair/makeup artists and DJs. We’ll provide you with a list of recommended vendors that align with your style and budget.
  • Budget Review: We’ll review your existing budget and help you allocate your funds effectively, offering tips on where to save and where to splurge to achieve your desired wedding experience.
  • Timeline Development: We’ll create a detailed wedding timeline that outlines all the tasks and deadlines leading up to your big day, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
  • Monthly Planning Meetings: Throughout your planning process, we’ll schedule monthly planning meetings to discuss your progress, answer questions, and offer guidance on any challenges you encounter.
  • Wedding Day Coordination: On your wedding day, we’ll be there to coordinate with all your vendors, manage the timeline, and ensure everything runs smoothly, so you can relax and enjoy your celebration.
  • Access to Online Planning Tools: You’ll receive access to our online planning tools and resources, making it easier to keep track of your guest list, seating arrangements, and other important details.

EVENT MANAGEMENT

Our Event Management (DOC) package is a perfect option for you if wish to plan 100% of your wedding but need a professional planner in the background to answer questions, offer advice and coordinate the details on the wedding day so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your perfect day!

DOC package is designed to ensure that all the meticulous planning and preparation that goes into your wedding comes together seamlessly on the day-of. This package can be booked six weeks prior to your event date. You will have access to day-of coordinator throughout the six weeks coordination process. A 50% non-refundable retainer is due with a signed contract is required to secure your date.

  • Initial Consultation: the process usually begins with an initial consultation between you and you Day-of Coordinator. This meeting helps your DOC understand your vision, the details of the event, and the scope of our responsibilities
  • Pre-Event Planning Meeting: your Day-of Coordinator will meet with the couple a few weeks before the wedding (ideally 6-4 weeks prior), to gather all relevant information, such as vendor contracts, timelines, and preferences. This ensures a comprehensive understanding of your event
  • Vendor Coordination: your Wedding Day Coordinator will manage final communicate with all booked vendors, and serve as the point of contact for vendors on the day of the event.
  • Timeline Creation: creation of a detailed timeline.
  • Ceremony Oversight: coordinator to ensure that the ceremony runs smoothly. This includes coordinating the processional, cueing music, and assisting with any unforeseen issues.
  • Problem Solving: the coordinator is there to troubleshoot and find solutions quickly.
  • Final Walk-through: Before leaving the event, the DOC will conduct a final walk-through to ensure that all items are accounted for, and nothing is left behind
  • Guest Assistance: as POC for guests and family, your DOC will assist with any questions or concerns.
  • Decor Setup: your coordinator will oversee the setup of event decor, ensuring it matches your vision and is arranged according to plan.
  • Emergency Kit: our day-of coordinators will come prepared with an emergency kit containing essential items like sewing supplies, stain removers, and first aid supplies to address any last-minute emergencies.
  • Up to 8 hours on-site with vendor teams allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of background details
  •  Two (2) coordinators from the WFH team

Any day is a good day to throw a party! At least that’s how we roll! We sure love to plan amazing social events and gatherings. Wildflower Hill will assist your in planning a special party that will be styled and flowered to perfection & definitely Instagram-worthy! We are your one-stop shop!
