It is looking more and more like Fall around Loudoun County. And I am so excited to experience cooler temps and gorgeous fall foliage + blooms! To kick-off the weekend, I went to my local Trader Joe’s where they have so many varieties of fall flowers, fillers, and mixed bouquets, and for a steal too! While there I picked up some Italian wines. I love La Granja 360 Spanish varieties (Tempranillo, TempranilloGarnacha, and Rosado).

Later the hubby and I went to happy hour at a local gem, Senor Frogs, and literally had like two rounds of the best chips and salsa ever! I did not like their margarita so I settled for Alaghash White beer. Later we went to dinner at our friend’s and hung out for a couple hours.

My goal for today is to do some floral arrangement, unpack from the honeymoon, and maybe if I still have some energy start to winterize our backyard. I need to overwinter container plants to bring them from the outdoors inside for the cold months.
