1. When should I book my wedding florist?
Ideally, 9–12 months before your wedding—especially if you’re getting married during peak spring or fall months in Virginia.
Booking early gives you access to the florist you love and time to collaborate on a meaningful design.

2. What should I budget for wedding flowers?
Most of our full-service clients invest between $7,500 and $12,000 on florals, depending on guest count, design complexity, and venue.
Floral design is both a product and a service—your flowers are sourced, arranged, delivered, installed, and removed by an entire team.

3. Can I reuse flowers from the ceremony at the reception?
Absolutely—this is one of our favorite strategies for maximizing your investment. We often repurpose aisle florals at the bar, sweetheart table, or cake station, and relocate arches or pillars behind your sweetheart table.
Note: keep in mind that some large ceremony pieces like floral columns and arbor designs are often built in a specific way that makes them difficult or impossible to move without damaging the arrangement. Some floral arrangements can be too heavy and bulky to transport safely, especially if stairs are involved. Additional charges may apply depending on your specific needs.
