Our full-service wedding planning is for the couple who want complete help planning their big day from start to finish. The full-service wedding planning experience is our signature service offering and includes monthly meetings via zoom, venue sourcing, vendor recommendations and selection, help with budget creation and management, full wedding theme design and mood boards. We will put together a detailed design plan and handle all vendor communication and dive deep into making it a unique day for the two of you!

THE INVESTMENT
The Full-Service Wedding Planning + Design Package starts at $15,000.
This package can be booked up to 8-12 months in advance of your wedding date (some special accommodations are available). A 50% non-refundable retainer is due with a signed contract. Additional services can booked, fees apply. Final pricing is based on guest count, location, and client’s requirements.

This package can be booked up to 12-18 months in advance of your wedding date (some special accommodations are available). On average our clients have a starting wedding budget of $250,000-$275,000+ for this package.

Our Partial Planning Package is an ideal option for the couple who may have already completed most of their planning but would like some expert guidance and support along the way.
Our partial planning include the following Pre-Wedding Logistics Planning, Wedding Day Logistics, Coordination and Decoration/Styling activities:

EVENT MANAGEMENT
Event Management Package (Day-of Coordination)
Our Event Management package, often referred to as “Day-of Coordination” or “Wedding Day Coordination,” is a specialized service offered under our Event Management and Design package.
This package is designed to ensure that all the meticulous planning and preparation that goes into your wedding comes together seamlessly on the day-of. Below is a comprehensive description of services included in our Day-of Management package:
- Initial Consultation: The process usually begins with an initial consultation between you and a Day-of Coordinator (DOC or Wedding Day Coordinator) from our Associate Team. This meeting helps your DOC understand your vision, the details of the event, and the scope of our responsibilities
- Pre-Event Planning Meeting: your Day-of Coordinator will meet with the couple a few weeks before the wedding (ideally 6-4 weeks prior), to gather all relevant information, such as vendor contracts, timelines, and preferences. This ensures a comprehensive understanding of your event
- Vendor Coordination: your Wedding Day Coordinator will communicate with all vendors (caterers, florists, photographers, etc.) to confirm arrival times, setup requirements, and any specific requests or changes. Your Wedding Day Coordinator serve as the point of contact for vendors on the day of the event
- Timeline Creation: creation of a detailed timeline that outlines the schedule for the entire day. This includes when vendors arrive, ceremony start time, reception schedule, and other key milestones
- Ceremony Oversight: On the day of your wedding, your Wedding Day Coordinator will be present to ensure that the ceremony runs smoothly. This includes coordinating the processional, cueing music, and assisting with any unforeseen issues
- Reception Management: During the reception, your Wedding Day Coordinator manages the flow of events, such as introductions, toasts, cake cutting, and dances, making sure they occur on schedule and as planned
- Problem Solving: Should any unexpected issues arise, the coordinator is there to troubleshoot and find solutions quickly, so the client can enjoy their day without stress
- Guest Assistance: your Day-of Coordinator often assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have during the event, providing a point of contact for attendees
- Decor Setup: your coordinator will oversee the setup of event decor, ensuring it matches your vision and is arranged according to plan
- Emergency Kit: our day-of coordinators will come prepared with an emergency kit containing essential items like sewing supplies, stain removers, and first aid supplies to address any last-minute emergencies
- Up to 8 hours on-site with vendor teams allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of background details
- Final Walk-through: Before leaving the event, the DOC will conduct a final walk-through to ensure that all items are accounted for, and nothing is left behind
- Event Conclusion: After your wedding, your DOC will oversee the breakdown and cleanup, ensuring that the venue is left in good condition and all personal items are returned to the client
- Post-Event Wrap-up: your Wedding Day Coordinator will provide a post-event wrap-up email to discuss any remaining items, return any rented items, and offer feedback on the event, as well as coordinate any refunds due to couple

After booking your hand-selected design vendors and decor and specialty rentals are sourced and secured, our team provide you with a comprehensive design lookbook full of amazing, Pinterest and Instagram-worthy designs. You can then hand over your custom designs to your month of coordinator to execute on the day. Or, if you’re really into our elevated luxury-textural-organic-whimsical-dreamy design vibes, you can book us as our Wedding Stylist. Trust us, your wedding photos will look like something in a magazine!
