My Simple Thanksgiving Tablescape

Thanksgiving is a time to be grateful and thankful for the blessings that have been bestowed upon us, our family and friends. It is also a time for many shared meals with friends and family. And that means your tablescape game must be on point, lol. From casual to formal, table setting for holiday dinners truly depends on your personal style/preference. I’m all about casual when it comes to my table setting. My home + décor vibe is a casual inviting space that I want my guests and family to feel at home when they walk in. So, this always translates into my dinner parties and tablescape. We’re a casual family so naturally, my tablescape reflected my casual style.

This year, I kept it super simple and with the help of my Little A, our table was set and ready to go in no time. Now that she is 6-years-old she loves to help with meal preps, cooking, and she showed a lot of interest in helping me set up the table. {She even pretended to set it up for her pets and dolls before I started, lol, too cute! See if you can spot our cat & dog.}

I kept the overall vibe + style simple—from the centerpiece to the place settings– I really did not stress about my centerpiece being glamorous/over the top this year, so I literally grabbed a small flower arrangement from my kitchen island and a couple of mini pumpkins and gourds from Halloween, added some candles and voila!

This tablescape is serious so simple you guys, you can easily swap out the pumpkins with pine cones, cranberries in a glass jar/container for color, or pine garland and have a festive Christmas tablescape in no time.
