Happy Friday, good vibes tribe! You have made it to the end of the week and in just a few short hours you will hopefully be at happy hour jump-starting your weekend of fun and adventure!

I always love this time of year in Northern Virginia, it’s so obvious why, but to honest the dramatic change in temps from summer-like temps to a more Fall-like weather is seriously one of my favorite time of year. And because I love this time of year so much, I am always eager to grab my camera for a short hike or drive through my neighborhood to capture some of the most amazing + brilliant Fall foliage.  See more fall foliage photos here–>> http://bit.ly/2eZW9z1

I got a lot of compliments on my gold jumpsuit. It is from Target (I got it last year). It is super comfy and just a great piece to dress up or down. I’ve worn here before. My statement sleeve blouse is such a great find + buy from JCPenney. I LOVE this blouse, it is a button cotton blouse that’s so soft, I mean I did not want to take it off at all!

You’ll notice that I’m not wearing some fancy heels in this photo. And if you’ve been following my blog for a while you know that I am not a huge fan of dressing up, my lifestyle just doesn’t allow me to. Plus, the weather was so freaking gorgeous that it would have been too hot to wear boots/socks. Plus-plus, I like to wear open toe shoes for as long as I can because I know in just a few weeks it will be way-way too cold for sandals. But I could easily have rocked some ankle boots with this look or even high heel sandals if I wanted to.

My weekend plan is for our Little A to have a great birthday party, and for her friends to come/show up. You know it’s a hit or miss with the invitations for kids’ birthday parties. We totally waited until the last minute to handout invites, so I hope we can get a few of her friends to come hangout and play with her.
