Ever since I can remember, sharing my experiences with others—good or bad—was something I always did. And so back in 2008 when I started blogging it was based on the premise of not only having a creative outlet, but also about sharing the things that inspired me with others. That is still true today whether I’m sharing a product I love on Instagram or sharing a personal story here on my blog.
Naturally, as I have been reading more online journals, I find myself more and more inspired by great leaders and their teachings, especially the impact it had on others not only on a global scale but in communities across this country and the world and even down to me as an individual.
That is the reason why I love the TED Talk series, it’s such a powerful storytelling tool with unlimited resources that spans topics from humanity to leadership, friendships to civil rights and everything in between. From time to time I find myself drawn to its website chuck full of thought-provoking, easily consumable content; inspirational content.
I am a creature of habit so when I find something that is good, especially in learning and growth, I allow myself to continue to enjoy it. In this context, I have bookmarked my favorite talks, and I find myself going back to these five talks. Maybe you’ve heard about some of these TED Talks and/or the speakers before, maybe you have not, but I wanted to share them because I have been listening to them (again) recently and I find them to be timelessly inspiring. So give them a listen and if you hear / learn something new and inspiring, awesome! If not, bookmark them for when you need some inspiration. Pass it on, share on Facebook with your friends + networks! We could all use a little inspiration from time to time.
Thank you so much for reading. If you have a favorite TED Talk of your own, please share in the comment below!
