Our booking process serves as a roadmap for potential clients to navigate their journey from initial inquiry to the final execution of their wedding floral designs, ensuring a positive and successful experience for you and us. Please read through to understand how to work with us as a professional wedding floral designer and stylist.

STEP 1 - INITIAL CONSULTATION

  • Contact us via email or phone to schedule an initial consultation.
  • During this meeting, we’ll discuss your vision, theme, color palette, and any specific floral arrangements you have in mind.
  • Feel free to bring inspiration photos, fabric swatches, and any other details that will help us understand your style and preferences.

STEP 2 - Proposal Presentation

  • Based on our initial consultation, we will create a detailed proposal outlining the floral designs, arrangements, and installations for your wedding.
  • The proposal will include a breakdown of costs, including flowers, materials, labor, and any additional services requested.
  • We’ll schedule a meeting to present the proposal, discuss any adjustments, and finalize the details.

STEP 3 - BOOKING AND DEPOSIT

  • Once you’re satisfied with the proposal, we’ll sign a contract to secure your wedding date.
  • A non-refundable retainer is required to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance due before the wedding date.
  • We accept payments via checks making the process convenient and low cost for you. There is a 3.5% credit card processing fee if you wish to pay via credit card.

STEP 4 - DESIGN COLLABORATION

  • Leading up to your wedding, we’ll stay in touch to finalize design elements, flowers, vase or décor selections, and any last-minute changes.
  • You’ll receive a detailed schedule outlining delivery, setup, and breakdown times to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience on your big day.

STEP 5 - WEDDING DAY EXECUTION

  • On the wedding day, our team will arrive on-site to deliver and set up all floral arrangements, installations, and decor elements.
  • We’ll coordinate with your wedding planner or venue staff to ensure everything is in place according to the plan.
  • After the event, we’ll handle the breakdown and cleanup, leaving you to enjoy your celebration without any worries.

STEP 6 - Post-Wedding Follow-Up

 

  • After your wedding, we’ll follow up to ensure your satisfaction with our services and the floral designs.
  • We love hearing about your experience and seeing photos from your special day, so please share your feedback and memories with us!
