As a designer and stylist, simple designs with touches of muted elegance and whimsy (and vintage, always vintage), is something that I practice; it really sets the tone for layering other décor pieces. And a beautiful Easter tablescape is all about layering.
This Easter, whether you plan on hosting an Easter brunch, lunch or dinner, a beautiful Easter tablescape is going to set the tone for your guests. Read on to see my table setting ideas, styling tips, and how you, too can achieve a beautiful casual elegance outdoor Easter tablescape.
Outdoor living and entertaining is one of my favorite ways to entertain my family and friends. Easter is one of those beautiful holidays that just evoke feelings of happy and new beginnings full of spring blooms and, of course, beautiful spring weather. I never miss an opportunity to brunch alfresco, so any chance to take the party outside to celebrate a holiday or every day living with family and friends, I jump on it!
There are so many ideas and options for Easter table decorations centerpieces, but I wanted to keep it colorful and simple yet elegant, so I thought what better way to bring spring to this table by creating a centerpiece with an oversized glass vase full of tulips and mini ranunculus. I accented the table with these green colored glass vases with a couple of stems of each flower.
I wanted to keep the table setting simple, so I used these white William Sonoma round dinner plates, accented with some colorful Easter bunny design salad plates via Pier 1 Imports. These every day silverware are classic and beautiful and add a finishing touch to any table.
To finish up my spring Easter tablescape, I added some of my favorite colorful accents and Easter décor: decorative egg nest, pretty ballerina stuffed Easter bunnies, decorative egg fillers, and white taper candles. But, I didn’t stop there I wanted to also incorporate some colorful essentials such as these beautiful ranunculus napkin rings from Pier 1 Import, stainless steel flatware, and colorful yellow and white jacquard table cloth. and cotton dinner napkins.
Creating a beautiful Easter tablescape should not be stressful, it should be fun, and I hope you find my tips + ideas useful and practical. As long as you keep it simple and fun with all the things you love, you will have a casual elegant spring Easter tablescape to wow your guests this Easter!
If you know me IRL then you know I love a good tablescape. This Easter tablescape was so fun to put together and took me less than an hour to style. I really wanted to create something beautiful, simple, casual yet elegant, and easy to achieve so you can spend time with your guests. I love that the inspiration for this tablescape came to me out of the blue, on a treadmill of all places! {hey, when inspiration comes, it comes}. I really wanted to create a casual vibe with a little whimsy in my favorite living space: my patio!
